So, Billy Joel has a new single and video out. A bit odd after 30 or so years, but very welcome. His music helped get me through a lot of difficult times.

I made two good friends in college but fell out of touch for awhile. I reconnected with one and less than a year later, he died. I found out a month later. I finally found my other friend and found out he also died. On the same day. A few months ago...

I can't say exactly how many how to draw books I've read, but I know it's at least 50. Many of them are great in their own way, but for learning anatomy, "Classic Human Anatomy" by Valerie Winslow stands out as my number one. She gives the anatomical names, pronunciation, function, and origin and insertion, all in an easy to understand way. This is the book I wish I'd had when I was learning. It's well worth the money.

Being different, we all celebrate different things. I don't care what you wish you me, so long as it's meant genuinely, with real goodwill.
